FinLegal’s Commercial Director, Lochy Macpherson, was quoted in a recent Out-Law blog on how ‘Litigation funders can help victims of investor fraud via group claims’.

In the piece, Lochy explains many of the logistical challenges associated with group actions can be overcome with technology. He says “Legaltech is transforming the economics of volume claims. Applying technology with litigation funding brings benefits not only to victims but to wider society.”
